Five stars are not enough for the incredible support we received from SERVPRO after a tornado completely destroyed our storage unit. In the middle of such a stressful situation, Jamie was an absolute lifesaver. She was professional, courteous, and went completely above and beyond—answering our texts and emails immediately, even while she was away on vacation! Jamie successfully navigated communication with our sassy insurance adjuster with total professionalism, and she even greeted us with hugs when we came to collect our salvaged items. I cannot thank her enough for turning an incredibly unpleasant situation into a manageable one.

We had our electric fireplace start on fire on Saturday, and soot was everywhere in our basement. Serv Pro was there on Monday to assess the situation and make a plan for clean up and rebuild. I cannot say enough about them and how helpful they were! Jamie answered all of my texts almost immediately! She is so knowledgeable and thorough! And Annie worked her butt off! Somehow she remembered what room all of our items were in! I don't know how... I hope this never happens again...but my 1st call will be to Serv Pro of Appleton. They made this awful situation easier to handle❣️

The day after the tornado Servpro was at our condo bright and early to start what they do. Besides physical support they were moral support for me. Every time I had a question they did what they could to get me an answer. Always got a call back or a text. What a great company with great employees.
I was blessed to have this company come !! They came from out of state to help with a severe storm that ravaged my area. I had major water damage due to not having power for 4 days . My sump pump overflowed and my lower level was a total loss! They truly helped with MAJOR clean out and were great to answer any questions! I highly recommend this company!
