General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

Kevin was super helpful. His team came out and did the inspection in less than 30 minutes. Super fast, super efficient. I definitely recommend them.

We recently experienced a water leak in our home and engaged SERVPRO for the restoration services. I cannot express how impressed we were with their exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and genuine thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated a high level of expertise, courtesy, and respect for our home. They completed the work within the expected timeframe, paid meticulous attention to every detail, and took great care to protect our home and belongings while minimizing disruption to our daily lives. What truly set them apart was their commitment to doing the job right, their excellent communication, and their consideration for us during a very stressful experience. Their professionalism was matched by their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. We are extremely grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend SERVPRO without hesitation to anyone needing professional, reliable, and considerate restoration services. Thank you to the entire team and especiallyRichard, Kevin, and Clara for a job exceptionally well done!

Had a flood from a refrigerator line in the mid evening. I turned off the valve. I called and they came out early the next morning to start cleanup. All work was done satisfactory.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kevin Gomez and his team at SERVPRO of Yorba Linda, and I can honestly say they are a fantastic team to work with. As one of my clients, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand the quality of work they provide and the professionalism they bring to every project. Their communication is outstanding. They are responsive, organized, and always keep everyone informed throughout the process. Kevin takes pride in his work and makes sure his team delivers the level of service their customers deserve. It’s always a pleasure working with professionals who value quality, communication, and doing things the right way. I highly recommend Kevin Gomez and his team at SERVPRO of Yorba Linda!

Quevin and Claudia were amazing! They were very thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them!

We’ve had a very positive experience with SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea so far after discovering water and mold damage in our kitchen. Richard Prado was professional, thorough, and very helpful during the initial inspection. He carefully checked the affected areas, explained what needed to be removed and dried, and walked us through the mitigation process clearly and patiently. Kevin Gomez has also been excellent to work with on the reconstruction side. He has been very responsive, gets back to us quickly, and has provided clear planning and a detailed estimate for the repair work. We really appreciate how efficiently he and his team have communicated and how willing they have been to answer our questions and work through the details with us. The mitigation crew also arrived as scheduled and handled the work carefully, including containment and preserving as much as possible. Water damage is stressful, but Richard, Kevin, and the SERVPRO team have made the process much easier through their professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication. We really appreciate their help and would highly recommend them.

Kevin and his team are very professional and reliable. They did a great job and I definitely recommend them for your house projects.

My property sustained water damage that requires full mitigation and restoration services. I am so pleased to have found this Servpro team right in my neighborhood. Although this project requires multiple phases to restore my property to its original condition, I am already impressed by the performance of Project Manager Richard Prado and his team. The team—Arnulfo, Librado, and Jason—provided/is providing outstanding mitigation services. They also completed a seamless packout alongside Javier, who stepped in to help his teammates with the heavy lifting. Everyone on the team maintains an excellent work attitude and is professionally courteous. Based on my personal interactions with these great individuals, Richard, and Arely (who provides excellent administrative support), I have total confidence that the remaining phases of the project will be completed flawlessly. Special thanks to Arnulfo for his exceptionally kind and professional service so far!
