We’ve had a very positive experience with SERVPRO of Yorba Linda/Brea so far after discovering water and mold damage in our kitchen. Richard Prado was professional, thorough, and very helpful during the initial inspection. He carefully checked the affected areas, explained what needed to be removed and dried, and walked us through the mitigation process clearly and patiently. Kevin Gomez has also been excellent to work with on the reconstruction side. He has been very responsive, gets back to us quickly, and has provided clear planning and a detailed estimate for the repair work. We really appreciate how efficiently he and his team have communicated and how willing they have been to answer our questions and work through the details with us. The mitigation crew also arrived as scheduled and handled the work carefully, including containment and preserving as much as possible. Water damage is stressful, but Richard, Kevin, and the SERVPRO team have made the process much easier through their professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication. My property sustained water damage that requires full mitigation and restoration services. I am so pleased to have found this Servpro team right in my neighborhood.
