Our History
Since 1990, SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana has been helping the people of Champaign, Urbana, and neighboring communities. This is the first of four franchises owned and operated by Dave and Suzie McGuire. Countless customers have called upon us to restore their community. The tech from ServPro was very professional, explained exactly what he was going to do. He did an outstanding job.
They gave me estimate for wet carpet and rug removal, part of drywall removal, pool table removal, drying and mold treatment $4468. Final bill $5122. Great work but you can’t be sure how much you would end up paying. You can’t trust the estimate. Updated 09/20/2026 I talked to the manager, Joe, a really nice person. It took longer to dry up basement than anticipated so the bill was higher than estimate. Still he revised the final bill to original estimate of $4468. I am happy with the final result.
