Great work but you can’t be sure how much you would end up paying. You can’t trust the estimate. Updated 09/20/2026 I talked to the manager, Joe, a really nice person. It took longer to dry up basement than anticipated so the bill was higher than estimate. Still he revised the final bill to original estimate of $4468. I am happy with the final result.
