Our basement flooded a few weeks ago. After spending 3 hours sucking up as much water as we could we called Serve Pro to come help. They came out at midnight and told us how good of a job we had done, got up the rest of the water and set up the fans and dehumidifier. They also were here frequently checking moisture levels. Then came the tear out and removal of carpet and drywall. Chet, Joe and Ricky did such a great job! They were so efficient and even cleaned up the drywall dust on their hands and knees on our hardwood floors. We are so happy with our experience with Serve Pro.
Had the crew out to a patient's house and asked for KRISTINA due to the customer having hearing and speach problems. Kristina went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and took the time to make Kelly feel comfortable due the her health problems. The crew worked so fast and perfect they knocked out the apartment so quick the crew of Brenda ,Carrie ,joe ,ashton and Ricky done an amazing job and I will always recommend this crew to everyone 5 stars on performance is really short changing this crew. 1 in a million service
So grateful for Chad and his kindness and support during our cleanup and restoration following the lightning strike and home fire we recently experienced. His team is amazing and so efficient including Kristina with prompt responses to the many MANY questions we have and for delivering our restored clothing so quickly, Really appreciate Ashton and Juan who were there immediately to try and preserve and protect our precious belongings. Hopefully you never need them but if you do they are THE BEST!!
Servpro was incredible when my basement flooded. They were quick, prompt and so easy to work with during a stressful situation - not only with the issue itself, but also with navigating the insurance process. Highly recommend their team!
They came out within couple of hours of initial call and got things started. Worked with us and did great job. Kept us informed about options and were very professional. Highly recommend them !! I truly felt I found a company building their reputation on honesty and good service!!
We had a water heater drain in the basement which is a finished basement. Called Servpro of Vigo county. Chet & his crew were there that night to set up their driers. They were very thorough & considerate.
It is never something you want to deal with - mold from a water issue. But from the first contact with Serve Pro, we felt like everything was going to be ok. They took what seemed a daunting and and impossible issue to deal with and made us feel completely at ease. Chad and every employee we came in contact with treated us with respect and we felt like we were their only client. They took great care with our precious family heirlooms and understood how emotional the process could be. The end product was a mold free home and all of our belongings were successfully remediated and returned in perfect condition. We do not wish to have this happen to anyone, but if it does, I would only recommend Chad and his staff at Serve Pro.

We worked with Justin and his team after our office fell victim to some water damage. Our carpets were like a splash pad. Even though they were swamped with other customers and their storm damage they had a team in by mid-afternoon to begin working. They were thorough that day and in the days that followed. We came back after the weekend our carpets were dry and no odors were present. We know they'll handle the cleaning just as efficiently as they did the first half! Communication was on point, Justin and his team were top notch!
