I can’t stress enough how impressed we are with the SERVPRO team that responded to the water damage at our office, Mid-America Spine & Rehab in Des Peres. A line in our ceiling burst, bringing down part of the ceiling and soaking our floors, walls, and storage areas. From the first call, this crew was professional, fast, and thorough. They worked nonstop for days on extraction, demolition, and drying, and they documented and photographed everything along the way, which made the insurance process far easier. They also worked around our patient schedule so we could stay fully open the entire time. That made a huge difference for our patients and our business. I am thrilled with the work and dedication the crew from SERVPRO at this location has shown while restoring our home after a fire. They have a wonderful work ethic. They are on time and work until time to go home. Every job they have tackled has been done with great care. They are all kind and very well mannered! Lindsey leads this team. She is wonderful!
