We could not be more pleased with our experience with SERVPRO of Egg Harbor/Ventnor City, from the initial water damage remediation through the completion of a major home renovation. Remediation: The team arrived within 45 minutes of our call! They were thorough, efficient, courteous, and professional. They worked quickly and were always available to answer any questions or address our concerns. Remodeling and Insurance: We were initially advised to hire a public adjuster to ensure we received a fair settlement from our insurance company. As it turned out, we didn’t need one! SERVPRO’s adjuster, Christine, was absolutely exceptional. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she also advocated tirelessly on our behalf, challenging the insurance company’s estimates to ensure we received a fair and accurate settlement. Her efforts alone increased our insurance payout by one-third! We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and expertise. Our project manager, Jordan, was equally outstanding. He was responsive, attentive, and always quick to address any questions or concerns throughout the process. SERVPRO partnered with a local construction company to complete our renovation, and we couldn’t have been happier with their work. The project was extensive, involving crawlspace repairs, subfloor replacement, new flooring throughout, trim and baseboards, and repainting the entire interior of our home. The crew worked efficiently, but most importantly, their workmanship was excellent. Remarkably, the entire renovation was completed in just two and a half weeks! From the first emergency call to the final finishing touches, our experience was exceptional. SERVPRO delivered not only outstanding service and quality workmanship but also the reassurance that we had knowledgeable, dedicated professionals looking out for our best interests. I manage a rental in Albion, Michigan which sustained massive tree damage from a wind storm. ServPro specialist, Logan Zebarsh, was out the next day, had their tree contractor out to remove the tree, and are now working on repairs. Great service and even greater people.
Major 4th of July storm left significant tree damage on house and garage. Woody’s tree service 3 man crew did fine job of removing all affected storm debris. Buttoned up and cleaned up. Logan and Servpro knocked it out with projects immediately getting started.
ServPro was one of the most reliable companies I ever hired. I'll be sure to call them again if I ever have issues with insulation. ❤️
