Servepro of Central Manhattan did a great job drying up our wood floors after a leak. They responded very quickly. Our technician was Nick, and he was excellent: very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained each step and returned repeatedly throughout the process to check on progress and adjust the equipment. Some of the equipment wasn’t working correctly at first (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). But Nick swapped that out and got the job done properly.

Prompt service, they were in and out in about a half hour. Harold set up all the equipment in my basement to dry it out after it flooded from the rain and also disinfected the floors and walls leaving it smelling much better.
Juan Gutierrez was our project pro. He put us at ease after the initial shock of having water in our apartment. Juan was very knowledgeable and explained the mediation process and he followed up by phone and in- person at least 3 times. He was patient and on time for all appointments. I Highly recommend.

My 81-year-old Mother's upstairs neighbor put in a water line to the refrigerator ice maker. It broke underneath the kitchen tiles. My Mother's entire kitchen ceiling collapsed and everything was destroyed. Marcel Viera at SERVPRO and his teams did an outstanding job in all facets of the renovation. Marcel's workers were kind and got right to work every day they came. The workers are meticulous craftsmen. Bottom line, Marcel and his teams got the job done and my Mama is filled with Joy and Happiness with her new 2024 Marcel Kitchen.
