What our
customers are saying
Servepro of Central Manhattan did a great job drying up our wood floors after a leak. They responded very quickly. Our technician was Nick, and he was excellent: very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained each step and returned repeatedly throughout the process to check on progress and adjust the equipment. Some of the equipment wasn’t working correctly at first (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). But Nick swapped that out and got the job done properly.
Service was good! Very good and quick response!!! Edward finley and harold diaz is amazingnnn
Fantastic job scraping walls to remove water , project managed by Harold Diaz and Edward Finley overseen by JR. Excellent cleanup
Great job by Harold Diaz y Edward Finley.
Prompt service, they were in and out in about a half hour. Harold set up all the equipment in my basement to dry it out after it flooded from the rain and also disinfected the floors and walls leaving it smelling much better.
Juan Gutierrez was our project pro. He put us at ease after the initial shock of having water in our apartment. Juan was very knowledgeable and explained the mediation process and he followed up by phone and in- person at least 3 times. He was patient and on time for all appointments. I Highly recommend.
Mr Gutierrez and his staff were careful and thorough and always quick to respond to texts and emails. They did a great job.
Wowwwwwww you guys are so amazing all your workers are on point. They have all been working so diligently to restore our building after a fire in an apartment unit on my floor. The team is phenomenal and deserve to be celebrated. Thank you all so much for running such a professional business.
My 81-year-old Mother's upstairs neighbor put in a water line to the refrigerator ice maker. It broke underneath the kitchen tiles. My Mother's entire kitchen ceiling collapsed and everything was destroyed. Marcel Viera at SERVPRO and his teams did an outstanding job in all facets of the renovation. Marcel's workers were kind and got right to work every day they came. The workers are meticulous craftsmen. Bottom line, Marcel and his teams got the job done and my Mama is filled with Joy and Happiness with her new 2024 Marcel Kitchen.
