Deer Lodge Cleanup and Restoration

Bobbie came to my home that was just purchased to evaluate a water leak and mold issue that was identified prior to closing and was supposed to have been remediated professionally prior to closing. It was not. The water damage is extensive at this point with substantial remediation work needed including removing drywall, damaged vanities, flooring and treating subfloor. Bobbie was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, explaining what the process would be. I know we have the right person for the job. While this was supposed to be corrected professionally by the seller before closing, it was not. It’s been incredibly inconvenient because with all the remaining damage and mildew and mold smells and need for the flooring to come out, I’m still living out of my packed boxes… some of them placed on the carpet were even wet in the bottom. We had no idea there was still an issue let alone wet floors. The plan is to fast-track the repairs so i can finally settle into my new home. Thank you, Bobbie and ServPro!

I had a crawl space that had been encapsulated but broken into by a female skunk who spent the spring having a litter and making a major mess. The crew from Servpro did a phenomenal job of cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing and making it look, as they advertise, like it never happened. I highly recommend their services! The crew that did the inspection and estimate as well as the crew that did the work were top notch professionals!

We had SERVPRO clean our tongue-and-groove ceilings and log walls after log restoration and roof replacement projects, as well as clean and treat a ridge beam. Jamie and Samuel worked on the project for three days, with Zack joining on the final day. All three were polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what was required, paid attention to detail, and took pride in their work. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend SERVPRO.
