SERVPRO of Baytown/Channelview is a 24/7 emergency restoration and reconstruction company serving Baytown, Channelview, Cloverleaf, Highlands, Lynchburg, Mcnair, Galena Park, Liberty, and the surrounding east Houston communities. We handle water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, storm response, biohazard cleanup, and full reconstruction (for residential homes and for the refineries, petrochemical facilities, schools, hospitals, and multifamily properties that anchor our region).
When pipes burst, ceilings drop from a roof leak, a kitchen fire blackens a wall, or a hurricane pushes water across the Gulf Coast, our crews are already mobilized. We respond to local everyday disasters and we're part of the nation's largest storm response team, traveling the Texas coast and Gulf States region for hurricane and major rain events. From Hurricane Harvey through Beryl and beyond, we've been on the ground in this region.
We work directly with insurance carriers. Our office has established relationships with nearly every national carrier and most local Houston-area providers, which means we can bill your insurance company directly and walk you through scope of work, documentation, and adjuster coordination from the first call. If your claim isn't covered or you're self-paying, we work with you on that too.
Every Crew Chief and Production Manager on our team is IICRC-certified, the national standard for restoration professionals. We are OSHA-compliant, biohazard-certified through the American Bio Recovery Association, and continuously training on the latest restoration equipment and techniques. We hold ourselves to the standard required to "make it like it never even happened" (whether that's a leaking pipe, a kitchen fire, a moldy ceiling, or a refinery incident).
