About Us
Property damage can disrupt your home or business without warning. A burst pipe overnight, kitchen fire, sewage backup, storm flooding, or unexpected mold problem can quickly create stress, disruption, and uncertainty for families and businesses alike.
When that happens, you need more than a company that simply shows up with equipment. You need an experienced team that responds quickly, communicates clearly, and knows how to guide the recovery process from the very beginning.
SERVPRO of Bear / New Castle is a locally owned and operated restoration and reconstruction company proudly serving homeowners, businesses, property managers, and commercial facilities throughout Bear, New Castle, Glasgow, Christiana, Delaware City, St. Georges, Wilmington Manor, Minquadale, and surrounding northern Delaware communities.
Our team provides 24/7 emergency restoration services for water damage restoration, emergency water extraction, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, storm damage repair, sewage cleanup, biohazard cleanup, large loss recovery, and complete reconstruction services for both residential and commercial properties.
We understand that property damage affects far more than the structure itself. Water damage, fire losses, sewage backups, and storm damage can interrupt routines, delay business operations, create financial pressure, and leave property owners unsure of what comes next. Our goal is to help make that process easier by bringing urgency, organization, communication, and experienced project coordination to every project we handle.
Our rapid response team understands that acting quickly can often help reduce long-term damage, restoration costs, and downtime for both homes and businesses. From the first phone call, our focus is on stabilizing the situation, helping prevent additional damage, and guiding customers through the recovery process with as little stress as possible.
One of the biggest advantages our customers appreciate is having a single team that can manage both the emergency mitigation process and the rebuilding process from start to finish. Many restoration companies only handle the initial cleanup, leaving property owners to coordinate repairs and reconstruction on their own afterward. Our team can assist with emergency mitigation, water removal, structural drying, demolition, documentation, insurance coordination, repairs, reconstruction, and ongoing project management throughout the entire restoration process.
Whether it’s a flooded basement after heavy rain in Glasgow, smoke and fire damage in New Castle, mold concerns in Bear, or a larger commercial loss requiring reconstruction in Christiana or Wilmington Manor, our focus remains the same. We respond quickly, minimize disruption, and restore properties thoroughly and professionally.
Many homes and commercial properties throughout northern Delaware face challenges related to heavy seasonal storms, basement flooding, moisture intrusion, aging plumbing systems, and humidity-related mold growth. Our team understands the importance of responding quickly, minimizing disruption, and helping property owners navigate the recovery process as smoothly as possible.
From storm damage restoration and flood cleanup to fire damage repair and mold remediation throughout New Castle County, our team has experience responding to a wide range of residential and commercial property losses across Delaware.
Our restoration professionals utilize commercial drying equipment, moisture detection tools, air filtration systems, and advanced reconstruction coordination processes to help ensure every project is handled thoroughly and efficiently. Team members receive ongoing SERVPRO training and maintain industry certifications through the IICRC in water damage restoration, structural drying, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation.
SERVPRO of Bear / New Castle regularly works with:
• Residential homeowners
• Commercial properties
• Property managers
• Apartment communities
• Healthcare facilities
• Retail centers
• Office buildings
• Schools and municipal facilities
• Insurance carriers and national programs
We know that responsiveness and communication matter just as much as the restoration work itself. Our team works hard to keep customers informed throughout every stage of the project while maintaining detailed documentation, scheduling coordination, and professional service standards from beginning to end.
As members of the local Delaware community, we take pride in serving the same neighborhoods where we live and work every day. From emergency water damage restoration and fire cleanup to mold remediation, storm damage repair, and complete reconstruction services, our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help residential and commercial customers recover as quickly and smoothly as possible.
When disaster strikes, SERVPRO of Bear / New Castle is ready to provide emergency restoration services with the experience, communication, professionalism, and care that homeowners and businesses throughout northern Delaware depend on.
