This was a nightmare to begin with having never suffered a water loss before in my home. I had no idea what to do, where to turn, etc. Jason, my Adjuster at the Hartford recommend that I call SERVPRO of Henderson/Boulder City to assist me with my loss. Boy was I ever glad I did. They came out and within 3-4 hours, had my place cleared out, and drying equipment was placed to begin the drying process. Over the course of the job, I was kept well informed and briefed daily on what what going on. Any questions I had were answered in a professional manner. I have never dealt with a company that showed more empathy, compassion and true care during what could be a most devastating ordeal. But SERVPRO, made me at ease and did a outstanding job getting my place back to what it was. I was very happy with the mitigation work done at my sister’s house after a small fire.
