Juan, who oversaw the operation, was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, approachable, and professional. William, who handled the demolition work, was equally terrific! Just a genuinely nice, easygoing guy with a great attitude who made a stressful situation a little easier. Mary and Jesus were involved in both the mitigation and demolition work as well, and were every bit as friendly, helpful, and professional as the rest of the team. Joshua from the contents team, and Ken – who worked mitigation & content -- were also fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The same goes for everyone working alongside them. The entire crew was courteous, hardworking, and considerate throughout the process, and I really appreciated the care they showed while working in my home. Dealing with unexpected water damage is never fun, but having such a great group of people helping you makes a world of difference.
