Wound up with a terrible roof leak that caused major water damage to a portion of my house. Insurance company sent our ServicePro Henderson, NV The called immediately, Bill came out and assessed the damages documenting everything. Within two days Mary and Ken came out and started the needed repairs to stop further damages. 9 fans and a week later all but one wall was saved from r & r. I am thankful for their knowledge and ability to complete this portion of work with professionalism. What a difference when people do their work to the level they treated my home. Not done yet but have no worries or concerns regarding the completion of needed repairs to put my house back together. Really a great group of hard working approachable and kind people.
I recently had some unexpected water damage at my home, and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help me through the process! Roberto, the project manager, was at my house less than an hour after I called Servpro, even though it was already past 8 PM! His communication, responsiveness, and diligence throughout the process were fantastic, and I really appreciated how well he kept me informed. Juan, who oversaw the operation, was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, approachable, and professional. William, who handled the demolition work, was equally terrific! Just a genuinely nice, easygoing guy with a great attitude who made a stressful situation a little easier. Mary and Jesus were involved in both the mitigation and demolition work as well, and were every bit as friendly, helpful, and professional as the rest of the team. Joshua from the contents team, and Ken – who worked mitigation & content -- were also fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The same goes for everyone working alongside them. The entire crew was courteous, hardworking, and considerate throughout the process, and I really appreciated the care they showed while working in my home. Dealing with unexpected water damage is never fun, but having such a great group of people helping you makes a world of difference. A big thank you again to Roberto, Juan, Jesus, William, Mary, Josh, Ken, and the entire Servpro team for everything! Your hard work and professionalism were sincerely appreciated, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!
